Mardan palace otelde 1aralık2010 da çalışan bütün personele 4 ay yani 1nisan2010 akadar ücretsiz izin veriliyor.Hakkını arayan arkadaşlarımız bölge çalışmaya şikayet ettiler.Otel sahipleri haklarını ödeme vaadiyle otele çagırdılar.Otelde muhasebe müdürü önder yalçınkaya silahla ölüm tehditinde bulunuyor.4 ay biz maaş almadan nasıl yaşayalım? Ev kiramızı nasıl ödeyelim? Başka ssklı bir işte çalışırsak 4 yıllık çalışmış oldugumuz haklarımız ölecekmiş.Fazla mesailerimiz tazminatlarımızı eksik ödüyorlar.Otel sahibi telman ismailov’a sesleniyorum “haklarımızı tam öde.Parasını almayan tehdit edilen birçok arkadaşımız var.Allah’tan kork.”
Ssk müfettişleri ve maliye otele baskın yaptıgından beri ssk primlerimiz gerçek ücretlerden yatıyor.Ya önceki fazla mesailerimiz? Eksik yatan ssklarımız ne olacak?
